(More customer reviews)This lock worked great for the first 90 days, then it started to get difficult to lock and unlock. I used WD-40 as described to lubricate the locking mechanism but it did not help. After 90 days of light use (2-3x per week) it would no longer unlock even after trying several keys. I then called the 1-800 number for customer support during normal business hours 2x and got a voicemail machine.
I would not recommend this lock. But I have also stopped purchasing from Onguard in general given their lack of live customer service.
I am now purchasing a Kryptonite lock and will see if that works better.
