(More customer reviews)The deep impact socket is very robust but not too large outer diameter. Has a high quality finish that doesn't flake off or chip. The one I recieved was slightly different from the one pictured; it has a hole for the ball dentent in the 1/2 in drive tool you are using. This is usefull when using impact exstensions with a locking pin verses a ball detent.

(More customer reviews)The Design Tech Deluxe Remote Car Starter comes with excellent features and a compact remote.The problem is, the item I received did not work.

All wires were hooked up appropriately and double check with a test kit.Once hooked up, there was no response from the unit.After hours of attempting to troubleshoot, I looked online at Design Tech's website for local authorized installers in the hopes that they might be able to answer my question.

Unfortunately the three "authorized" installers in my area REFUSED to touch Design Tech's equipment because, and I quote "they're too difficult to work with.We haven't had much success."

A little alarmed by this response, I attempted to contact the company using their 800 number during their live tech support hours.After waiting 1/2 on hold with no approximate wait time and no end in sight, I hung up and decided instead to return the defective unit back.

(More customer reviews)The hat is quite comfortable, however the battery back can sometimes be felt in the inside band, just have to adjust the hat to get comfortable.The true reason for this hat, however, is the super bright LEDs, just amazing.Marketed as a hat for hunters, it is excellent for many other applications, such as working on plumbing for a sink under the cabinent, working on a engine, taking trash out at night, walking in a dark attic, etc.The hat is wonderful, only wish the battery could last a bit longer, but it is plenty long enough, I went quite a few months before it had to be replaced, about 5 months in total.Highly recommended.
